At Ysgol y Ddraig we are proud to support our service families, recognising the unique contributions they bring to our community. We have achieved the Armed Forces Friendly Bronze Award, reflecting our commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for service families.
Our dedicated programs provide additional educational and wellbeing support tailored to service children’s needs, ensuring every child feels valued and empowered.
Through initiatives like the Little Troopers project, we celebrate and connect our service children, fostering resilience and camaraderie. We also offer family sessions to strengthen bonds and address specific challenges faced by service families. For moments of reflection or quiet assistance, our dedicated support areas in school provide a welcoming and calming space.
